Product engineer  /  Bengaluru

I build the whole thing from parts.

Six products taken from an empty repository to something people use. Three of them I own a piece of. If you have the market and nobody to build the thing, that is the half I take.

About

The operator
behind the parts

Six products from nothing, three of them mine. I have done the unglamorous half too — app store review, GST invoices that balance, tenant isolation that holds under test. I work best beside someone who knows a market cold and needs the thing to exist. Not a contractor waiting for a spec; I would rather own the problem.

Method

How I put things together

01

Ship the spine first

One path, end to end, in production. A working skeleton tells you more in a day than a month of planning.

02

Own the whole stack

Fewer handoffs than a team, and nothing falls between the parts because there is nobody to hand it to.

03

Enforce rules in the database

Tenant isolation and permissions live in Postgres, not in application code that can be forgotten.

04

Model the domain, not the screen

Purity, making charge, GST slabs. Get the vocabulary right and the interface almost writes itself.

05

Make the AI accountable

Retrieval grounded in real documents, answers you can trace back. A confident guess is worse than nothing.

06

Finish it

App store review, GST invoices that balance, a rate board that updates. Ninety percent done is not a product.

Unit 03

SEEK

Co-founder and CTO

A social app for discovering and improving prompts, built for students. I owned the technical side from an empty repository to accepted submissions on both the App Store and Google Play — mobile build, backend and admin tooling.

Unit 04

78flex

Founding engineer · Kinetic Blume · day role

Workspace discovery for Bengaluru, driven by a concierge called RAMA. Speak or type a brief in plain language and it returns ranked, bookable spaces with a verdict. I built the property intelligence database behind it — thirty standardised data points per listing, assembled from scraping, partner APIs and multi-source validation — plus the matching engine and the ranking.

Engagements

Ways in

01

Technical co-founder

You have the market, the domain and the money. I own the product end to end — architecture, build, ship, and the model inside it. One technical head instead of the team you cannot yet afford.

02

Build for equity

You need the thing to exist and cannot hire four people to make it. I build the first working version and take a position in what it becomes.

03

A smaller stake

A defined build with a defined end. Narrower scope, smaller position, no open-ended commitment on either side.

04

What I need from you

A real market and someone who owns getting to it. I can build the product. I cannot also be the person who sells it.

Have something that does not exist yet?

That is the part I am good at. Alongside a full-time role I take on one or two ventures a year — as technical co-founder, or building the first version for a stake.
